EnVesta Realty · Louisville, Kentucky · Agent Recruiting

Most brokerages give you a desk.
We give you a foundation.

You got licensed. Nobody taught you how to sell, build a pipeline, or think like an investor. That gap costs agents years of their career, and it's the whole reason EnVesta exists.

What We Heard From Louisville Agents

You're not struggling because you're not good enough.

We surveyed Louisville agents before we built anything here. This is what came back, over and over, from agents doing everywhere from one to fifty deals a year.

Severity 10/10
Inconsistent Income
Every month starts from zero. Even agents doing 12–24 deals a year don't have a repeatable system. It feels like luck. Not skill.
"Consistent income." — what they'd change #1
Severity 9/10
Burnout With No Exit
10+ year veterans named burnout as their #1 frustration. Not leads. Not commissions. The industry is losing its best people to exhaustion.
"Regular business hours, maybe"
Severity 9/10
Leads That Don't Convert
It's not a lead problem. It's a sales training problem. Nobody is teaching the conversations that close deals.
"Relationship building workshops"
Severity 9/10
The Confidence Gap
Agents doing 12–24 deals a year said the one thing they'd change is confidence in themselves. Not leads. Not money.
"Confidence in myself."
Severity 8/10
No Systems or SOPs
Everything lives in your head. Every transaction feels like starting from scratch. You know you need systems. Nobody has built them for you.
"Standard operating procedures"
Severity 8/10
Isolation & No Community
Real estate is one of the loneliest businesses. You want real accountability and real conversation. Most brokerages don't build that.
"Feelings of competition"
What Actually Happens Here

Three agents. Three different starting points. All in production.

Christen — Agent Since 2022
Nearly tripled her volume in three years. Hit cap in 3 months.
She built her pipeline herself, year over year, without a single lead handed to her. She hit her cap three months into her anniversary year and kept 100% commission for the rest of it. By July 2026, six months into this year, she was already ahead of her prior best year.
Christen had a talent for making me feel heard and understood. She has electric energy and a trustworthy nature, it was easy to feel at ease with her.Victoria Kelli Baumgarten, Seller
Emily — Agent Since 2020
She came back. Hit cap in 3 months. That says everything.
Emily got licensed on Mary's team, nearly doubled her production in year two, left to try something else, and came back. She hit her cap three months into her anniversary year, earning 100% commission for the rest of it.
When an agent leaves, comes back, and then hits cap in three months, that's not a coincidence. That's a statement
Zach — Agent Since Jan. 2026
Zero transaction history. Straight into production.
Zach joined EnVesta in January 2026 with no prior production. He completed the full onboarding and training program and moved into active production within months, including one listing he closed solo, no hand-holding.
Moved from zero experience in January to active producing agent by June. The training model, on a real agent

I didn't start EnVesta because I wanted to own a brokerage. I started it because I got tired of watching good people make six-figure decisions with almost no education, and agents grinding through their first year completely alone, wondering if the struggle was the industry or them. It was neither. It was just the wrong foundation.

In March 2025, I opened EnVesta. Not because I had everything figured out, but because I knew it was time to build the thing I wished had existed. The agents who join now are the ones helping build it.

How We're Built

Built around the agent, not around the transaction.

01
Ownership Over Dependency™
We teach agents to build skills, systems, and independent thinking, so your pipeline belongs to you, not a portal or a team leader.
02
Conversations Create Closings™
Scripts don't close deals. Connection does. A communication-first sales philosophy rooted in trust, emotional intelligence, and confidence.
03
The Ecosystem Model™
Brokerage, property management, renovation, investing, and education, connected into one system, so you can grow without starting over every time.
The EnVesta Intelligence Stack

AI tools that give you back your time, not your judgment.

Technology handles the analysis. You handle the relationship. Every EnVesta agent works inside a backend built to strip out the busywork that eats a normal week, not the parts of the job that actually require you.

🏠
Inspection Report Analyzer
Turns a 40-page inspection report into a clear summary you can walk a client through in minutes, not hours.
📐
Investment Analyzer
Runs cap rate and cash-on-cash math on a property in seconds, so you can talk to investor clients like you speak their language.
🔧
Repair Cost Intelligence
Estimates realistic repair costs off an inspection so negotiation conversations start from real numbers, not guesses.
🗂️
Transaction OS (BrokerMint)
Tracks every file from contract to closing in one place, so nothing gets missed because it lived in your head.
💬
Follow Up Boss CRM
Keeps your database and follow-up on autopilot between conversations, so your pipeline doesn't go cold while you're at a closing.
🤝
Negotiation Support System
Structures offer strategy and repair negotiation so you're walking into multiple-offer situations with a plan, not a script.
📊
Market Intelligence Dashboard
Pulls Louisville market data and CMA methodology into one view, so pricing conversations take minutes, not a Saturday.
📝
Deal Brief System
Summarizes a deal's status and next steps in one document, so you're not rebuilding context every time a client calls.
Training Built for Where You Are

New license or twelve years in, you start at the right module.

Most brokerages either put every experienced producer through beginner material, or skip training entirely for agents who "should already know this." Both leave real gaps. The Training Portal doesn't do either.

🌱
New licensee or fresh agent
Start at Module 1 and complete all 9 modules in sequence — contracts and disclosures, sales and communication, negotiation, market knowledge, inspection and due diligence, investment fundamentals, business development, and AI Tools for Agents. No assessment required. This is your full foundation before your first transaction.
🎯
Experienced agent, new to EnVesta
Take the EnVesta Skills Assessment in your first week, about 30–45 minutes, covering contracts, negotiation, communication, systems, market knowledge, inspection strategy, financing, and client relationship management. You get a personal gap report back. Only the modules flagged as gaps are required. Module 1 is mandatory for everyone.
Agent Plans

You've earned it. Time to keep more of it.

Three structures. One for where you are right now. All of them built around the belief that the money you earn should stay in your pocket faster, and the support you were promised should show up every single time.

Every PlanOffice access + unlimited printing in St. Matthews
Every PlanLive bi-monthly legal training with a real estate attorney
Every PlanFull AI tool stack + Training Portal access from day one
None of these plans require a minimum volume to join The Steady. The Builder and The Climber have production requirements because they're priced for agents who are already producing at that level. If you're not sure which one fits, that's exactly what the call is for.
📍
The heart of St. Matthews.
Not a WeWork. Not a shared desk in a strip mall. A real office in the most active, walkable, energetic neighborhood in Louisville, where clients actually want to come and agents actually want to show up. Unlimited color and black-and-white printing included.
⚖️
Sit in the room with an attorney.
Most agents spend their entire career never getting real legal education. They guess on contracts and find out what they missed after the fact. Every EnVesta agent gets live, bi-monthly, in-person training with a licensed real estate attorney. Built into every plan. Not a webinar recording.
📋
One published fee, not a hidden one.
The Steady and The Builder include a $295 admin fee per closed transaction. It covers real transaction support and the tech stack running behind every file, not a line item you find out about later. It's the same fee for every agent on that plan, disclosed upfront, and yours to build into your side of the deal or absorb from commission. The Climber carries no admin fee, permanently.
Before You Book a Call

The questions every agent actually asks.

What if I don't hit my cap this year?
Nothing happens to you. There's no penalty for a slow year, and The Steady has no minimum volume requirement at all. We'd rather you build at your actual pace than chase a number that doesn't fit your life.
What's the $295 admin fee about?
The Steady and The Builder include a $295 fee per closed transaction that covers transaction support and the tech stack running behind every file, Follow Up Boss, BrokerMint, and the AI tools built into your day-to-day work. It's disclosed upfront and the same for every agent on that plan. You choose whether to build it into your side of the deal or absorb it from commission. The Climber carries no admin fee, permanently.
What does my first week actually look like?
Katie sets up your CRM, transaction management, and tools before you close your first file, and your onboarding fee is $300, one time. You're not handed a login and left to figure out the rest.
Is EnVesta too new to trust with my license?
We're early. EnVesta opened in March 2025 and we're not the biggest name in Louisville real estate yet. What we do have is a full year of real production behind us, a broker who's in the building every day, and agents who came here on purpose, not by accident.
Do you provide leads?
No. We don't promise leads, specific income amounts, or guaranteed production results, and we won't pretend otherwise to get you to sign. What we provide is the training, systems, and support most brokerages talk about and never deliver.
Ready to Make a Move?

Is this actually for you?

This is for you if…
  • You're closing 1–50 deals a year and know you can do more with the right support
  • You're coachable, motivated, and willing to do the internal and external work
  • You're tired of feeling invisible at a big-box brokerage
  • You want real sales training, not recycled scripts from 1995
  • You want to build a referral pipeline that doesn't depend on Zillow
  • You believe real estate is a wealth-building tool, not just a job
  • You want a broker who picks up the phone
This is NOT for you if…
  • You need convincing to pick up the phone
  • You're coasting on your license and plan to keep it that way
  • You think burnout is a badge of honor
  • You're looking for leads to be handed to you
  • You want a brokerage to do the work for you
  • You're not willing to build systems or do the internal work
  • You're not ready to take ownership of your own pipeline
